Weapon Statistics

The Field Medic is a primary weapon for the Heavy class, being released during the fourth and final week of v1.3.1. It is a retexture of the Zombee Gun, but has quite a substantial difference in stats. It peaks as the highest damage automatic with significant penalties applied. These include a short range and low ammo.

You ever wonder where the military stores all of its amputated limbs? Wonder no longer! Covering your head and fleeing is probably the best thing to do now.

~ Official Battle Bears Gold description

Like all automatic weapons, the Field Medic is capable of dealing constant, consistent damage as long as the weapon is aimed and fired at an enemy. The Field Medic fires a continuous stream of amputated limbs. The Field Medic deals 8 damage, and is capable of dealing 80 damage per second without the use of equipment or Propbearganda. So, even though it has such a high damage output, the Field Medic is substantially dwarfed by its low ammo. It only has a low ammo count of 30, though its fast rate of fire exhausts it insanely quickly. When all of its ammo is exhausted, the gun will have to undergo a quick 3 second reload.

The Field Medic's main weakness is its short range and lack of staple accuracy, which makes it somewhat undesirable for a lot of players. Because of this, players must attack at mid-close range.

Due to the short amount of time the Field Medic can continuously fire, it is recommended that the player engage isolated targets to avoid wasting ammo or time by turning.

The following Equipment affects the Field Medic:

Equipment: Effect:
Ammo +1 + 6 bullets
Ammo +2 + 12 bullets
Damage +1 + 0.7 damage
Damage +2 + 1.4 damage
